Privacy Policy

What we collect

Tan List currently collects only information needed to receive messages and operate the hosted site:

• Messages you choose to send. If you contact the editorial email address, we receive the address and information you include in that message. The site does not currently operate a newsletter signup form.
• Hosting and security logs. The hosting provider may process standard request, device, network, and security information to deliver and protect the site under its own terms.

Analytics status

Tan List does not currently load Google Analytics, set an analytics cookie, or record outbound-link events in the browser. The measurement identifier remains in source configuration for a future consent-aware implementation, but analytics is disabled in the July 2026 build.

What we don't collect

• No Tan List account, checkout, payment, or profile data.
• No newsletter address through a site form.
• No Google Analytics client identifier or browser-based affiliate-click event in the current build.
• No purchase detail returned from a retailer to this site.

Cookies

Tan List does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies in its own page code. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or delivery mechanisms under its own policy.

Affiliate cookies

When you follow a retailer or affiliate-network link, that third party may set a referral cookie or process the visit under its own privacy policy. Tan List does not place that third-party cookie before you leave this site.

Data deletion

If you want to ask about or request deletion of information you sent us, email the address on the contact page. We will review the request and any legal obligations that apply.

Updates

We update this page when our practices change. The "last updated" date in the footer reflects the most recent revision.
