What to expect
- Factual corrections are checked against the current source and prioritized when they affect a recommendation or safety boundary.
- Re-score requests need material evidence such as a formula change, corrected product match, recall, or stronger validated review sample.
- Brand and partnership messages do not buy placement, pre-publication approval, or scoring influence.
What to include
For correction reports: the product, the page URL, the specific error, and your evidence. For re-score requests: the product, why you think the current score is wrong, and any new data we should consider.
What we won't engage with
- Pitches for paid placement, sponsored reviews, or "guest post" link-building.
- Demands for pre-publication review of any new scoring run.
